You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission. Other brands, product names and logos mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, without implying endorsement.

Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)

We respect the rights of others and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, send us a notice through our contact form (subject: “IP notice”) or by post to the address below, including:

• Your name, contact information and signature (electronic is fine).
• Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material you claim infringes, so we can find it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove or disable access to the material and forward your notice to the person who supplied it. Knowingly making false claims may expose you to liability.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice through the same channels with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, United States. We may restore the material if the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
